Your Kids Our Kids is a family owned business established in 2004 and has 3 fantastic centres located in Chipping Norton, Moorebank and Unanderra. We believe we have the best teams in the business, with an amazing culture at its heart. What's It Like To Work At Your Kids Our Kids Early Learning Centres?

Our centres are dynamic, modern, highly resourced and very committed to providing high quality education and care for all children and to also provide support for our families. We aim to provide an environment where everyone experiences a sense of belonging. As an Educator (in collaboration with your team) you will be involved in planning and supporting the educational program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, current approaches, theories and research in early childhood education. Our programs encourage children to become active learners through a play-based curriculum that encourage thinking, investigating, exploring and problem solving in a social environment. You will have access to excellent working conditions, support and resources and an organisation committed to team professional learning and development. What Do I Need To Join?

EXPERIENCE - Past experience working in a medium to large size Childcare Centre.
PASSION - A genuine passion for children and shaping future generations.
EDUCATION - Holding or studying towards an ACECQA approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Diploma of Children’s Services (Centre Based Care) or Certificate III in Children’s Services.
SAFETY - Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
FIRST AID - Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved).
KNOWLEDGE - Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Yeays Learning Framework.
COMMUNICATOR - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
TECH SAVVY - Computer literate. Proficient with Microsoft Office on both Windows and MacOS platforms. Familiar with electronic observation software such as Kinderloop and Story Park.
FRIENDLY - Fantastic at building rapport with parents and children.
TEAM PLAYER - Work well in a group, with respect to team members.
TEACH - A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practices and social justice.
LEARNER - Willingness to learn about the organisation and work within the philosophy of Your Kids Our Kids Early Learning Centres.
